yeah. it is slow. hurm. looking into it.

No no.

Waiting 5 - 6 seconds for a website is slow.

Waiting 45 seconds is something else altogether.

Off the top of my head, I would say a poorly configured IIS server. I could be wrong.

surf3.net.rss.rogers.com :S
So it was just one IP? Wouldn't a simple connection limit block these kind of attacks?
Loving the site btw!, hoping the My World is converted too.

I like it. Should have some upload info somewhere. In the business section - have a little info on what the benefits are for paying for a business connection.

Love the redesign!!!

I also like the part that it asks you right away to select the service area...

Though for Ontario, it sort of mixes Cogeco & Rogers... A bit confusing as the packages are named differently and the prices don't make sense...

When you fill in the information though, it does present the correct choices... However, people don't like to do that... Just an observation.

And yeah.. It's dog slow...

hum. yeah odd that it grabbed cogeco and rogers... that's not really possible. it's one or the other.

I also like when you click into more details.. the way that's all laid out. i really like. on the left you can click between all the options at the detailed level

Well, it's doing it.

I tried in IE, and on my iPad, in addition to FireFox the first time.

haha yeah.. something's up with that. PM Andre with your location info so they can check that out.. see why it's listing both.

for me it only lists cogeco and bell.. which is right.

Also for the DSL 15/25, it seems to list Modem Shipping $10... Is that accurate? Those being the VDSL packages that require a rented modem from Bell, Bell ships those free, don't they?

No, but like I said, people don't like to fill out info, and they may get confused seeing those...

Perhaps make the person enter a postal code only when they go to the cable section in Ontario, which should be more than good enough to narrow down the service area.

Oh, after I put in my address it displays 3, forgot the old site had a separate section for non-rogers area cable :P
Edit: I agree with HiVolt on the mandatory postal code first thing.
