I like it. Should have some upload info somewhere. In the business section - have a little info on what the benefits are for paying for a business connection. |

Love the redesign!!! I also like the part that it asks you right away to select the service area... Though for Ontario, it sort of mixes Cogeco & Rogers... A bit confusing as the packages are named differently and the prices don't make sense... When you fill in the information though, it does present the correct choices... However, people don't like to do that... Just an observation. And yeah.. It's dog slow... |

hum. yeah odd that it grabbed cogeco and rogers... that's not really possible. it's one or the other.
I also like when you click into more details.. the way that's all laid out. i really like. on the left you can click between all the options at the detailed level |

haha yeah.. something's up with that. PM Andre with your location info so they can check that out.. see why it's listing both.
for me it only lists cogeco and bell.. which is right. |

even after you put your address info in? is your postal code filled out? |

Also for the DSL 15/25, it seems to list Modem Shipping $10... Is that accurate? Those being the VDSL packages that require a rented modem from Bell, Bell ships those free, don't they? |

said by TSI Marc:even after you put your address info in? is your postal code filled out? No, but like I said, people don't like to fill out info, and they may get confused seeing those... Perhaps make the person enter a postal code only when they go to the cable section in Ontario, which should be more than good enough to narrow down the service area. |

Oh, after I put in my address it displays 3, forgot the old site had a separate section for non-rogers area cable :P Edit: I agree with HiVolt on the mandatory postal code first thing. |

Site looks great however I also noticed a few things:
1) We have the option to select cable in AB but when I click on it no packages are listed. Not sure if this should maybe display something or not.
2) Under add-ons I see we can now get /26 and /27 subnets but /29 is missing, is this correct? |

said by TSI Marc:yeah we didn't want to have to force anybody to do anything.. Could put a simple popup like, enter the first 3 digits of your postal code to narrow down the service area. That in theory should be enough to separate Rogers & Cogeco areas, right? |

Hey guys, On our old site, RIP, we used to have Cogeco (Chatham) separated. On the new site, its on the same tab as Rogers... I have been talking with Tine, our Director of Marketing and she will be adding some labels along the line of "Only Available in Chatham, Ontario". Basically, it shows you all cable packages in Ontario and once you enter your info to qualify it narrows it down for you. Thanks for the feedback Cheers, Andre |

Hi malocite,
Good eye! The 2am-8am off-peak traffic is still in effect. It will be added to the website in the 24-48 hours.
Thanks for the feedback and enjoy your evening.

Yes, CapSavvy will need an update. I'll probably just fix it in the current beta and release that. |

not sure it was an attack or just lots of traffic from that place.. maybe lots of ppl really really interested in our site hehe.
there's performance issues with the site.. related to indexes I think. it's better now but this is the nature of these things.. |

SO MUCH better. the lighter theme is the new trend and much more classier than the old website |

Also, the 6meg DSL looks like the old pricing; 300gig no longer exists and the unlimited should be $11 cheaper. Unless there's an unhappy surprise coming our way? Feedback for both the missing upload info and the BC DSL pricing has been submitted thank you. Keep the feedback coming! |
