Typically, I play all of the COD games: black ops, world at war, mw2. But I kept getting connection fails with GT4 or Red Dead. I don't get that now with the changes. With a 756k dsl lite, I am able to have one other person in my party with no issues... but i'll never be able to host more than one other person. Voice chat, is also as clean as my turtle beaches can produce. Any garble I get is from there end, not mine for a change. You're also right about the low bandwidth on games. I think I read on another forum that the COD's only use 56k... that's basically dial-up! To increase ping, play locale only... you may have fewer lobbies but you'll have way better games. |
