Stress Testing a New Build - What Software?

I'm getting ready to build a new rig, but it's been over 3 years since my last. Back then I used Memtest and Prime95 to test the cpu, mb, and memory, while monitoring with core temp and hwmonitor.

Are these still the "tools of choice" when building and testing?

I'll be attempting a modest overclock of the cpu too but no tweaking of the gpu.

Thanks!

Haven't done/used this myself but just saw it posted in the software forum and thought of your post: »[Updated] AIDA64 v2.60 released

Glenn, stay WITH your system and closely monitor temperatures live when running OCCT, it will drive your stuff hotter than hades, at least hotter than 100% CPU running a protein project (distributed computing stuff).
