I contacted AT&T and was told to contact Motorola as they own Netopia.
Netopia website redirects to Motorola's website.
I contacted Motorola, and their support is not helpful at all.
I would really appreciate if anybody can help me out. |

c8l640R2.COS is the last firmware. Google is your friend.
The 3546 was the worst modem made by Netopia.
Consider an upgrade to 3347n. |
