was supposed to be provisioned last saturday, but speeds are still identical to 12/1.
is there a .cfg update needed to obtain proper speeds?
tech has already been out and said he was escalating to have a line tech come to town and check things out.
had 20/2 at this same location with the same equipment just a couple of years ago with no problems.
seems like this is going to turn into one of those tech support nightmares of days gone past.
also wasn't informed that changing my account would incur any new overage charges, so i'm really thinking about just contacting frontiernet and living with slightly slower dl to have decent ul and no overages.
not happy with mediacom at all right now!
