Tulsa, OK | The trial was a farce. The Samsung legal team made a mistake, and the Judge blocked them with a technicality. My understanding is that Samsung legal team was caught flat footed and never actually presented the bulk of their case, and clear evidence of prior art that would invalidate several of the patents in question were refused admittance due to the time restriction.
Basically, Apple presented their case.....
.... and then the trial ended.
