[Connectivity] internet dropping out every 5 minutes

a 24h period, you can see normal for many hours after i'd reset the modem
for the past month, my internet started suddenly dropping out... not slowing down or lagging or anything else... local network works normal...

only way it works normal again is by unplugging the modem !

changed cat cables, moved modem and replaced coax,
comcast came 1st time replaced the modem, told me everything looks good but he'll replace the modem anyway...
then a day later it happened again, and comcast came by 2nd time, tested line, modem, 'everything looks great' ... no idea why its happening... as far as he told me nothing was changed...

after that it worked for almost 1 week, yesterday it started again(the rain was the only change ...)
