For the last time. The samsung exhibit 4g isn't a full 4g phone. It's not even a 21Mb 4g phone! It's the same network specs as the at&t iphone 4s. aka 14.4 Mb 3g aka first generation hspa+. You where mislead when getting that phone.

Get a REAL 4G phone and you won't have that problem!

djdanska what do you mean by "real 4G phone" and how do you tell since there's no data like that available anywhere on phones? The only thing I've been able to tell about the samsung exhibit 4g so far is that while it works on what they call "4G" it won't work on 3G at all and nothing anywhere says that it can't get 3G or what kind of "4G" it's able to get. There is hardly any info on the T-Mobile or Samsung web sites with the specs on the Walmart the most complete but it still doesn't say anything much that is useful.

Yes, your absolutely right. It's a glorified 3g phone. It was one of the first 4g phones t-mobile offered. They quickly launched some 21Mb 4g phones (double the speed) and eventually 42Mb/s HSPA+ phones.

They mislead you when you got it. Both my one s and amaze 4g are 42Mb/s HSPA+ phones, which here in chicago is faster than at&t LTE (which is around 36Mb. Though they get better upload)

If you get get a newer phone, MAKE SURE you ask what speed 4g it is. Most are 42Mb but phones like the nexus s are only 21Mb capable phones.
