Hey guys... i've been having daily disconnects/reboots on my DCM475 with 2.08 firmware... finally called the support line today and the girl after checking everything will be sending me a replacement modem, and the old one will be sent back (i bought from teksavvy)
am courious though... how are these line stats?

I don't have cable tv so it's a dedicated cable but the wiring in the condo is about 20 years old. I've read that the 2.08 has these reboot issues so the agent was likely correct to swap my modem but I wouldn't mind if someone peaked at my stats as well.
Your downstream power is a little high and your upstream power is a little low. From my understanding, the downstream power is supposed to be between -10 and +10 dBmV (or maybe -6 and +6) and yours is +13ish. Similarly, I think the upstream power is supposed to be between 38 and 50 dBmV, yours is about 37. Strangely enough, the SNR is nice and high at 37dB, above the minimum required 30-ish.
Someone more qualified than I can probably answer you better.
