I love it!
Give Apple a taste of their own medicine! How's that taste? Bitter?
Does Microsoft mean small and squishy?
Apple can dish it right back by pulling their chip contracts from Samsung.
With the way the galaxy s3 sold, will they care in the end?

and as long as they got all the other companies on board what would happen? especially for Apple suing over the double touch zoom? BB had that feature WELL before iPad. Are they going to sell Noika for the same thing they did Samsung? All they have to do is combine their fronts and Apple would be screwed. No chips; explain that one to your carrier partners.

Absolutely they would care. Components/fab is a big business for Sammy and Apple is their biggest customer. Samsung would much rather quickly fix stuff and get one with business...BOTH in mobility AND selling billions in components to Apple.
Samsung wouldn't care in the end- remember they own 12% of that LTE patent. they can REFUSE to license their 12% of the 100% to Apple and Apple would still be screwed.
It does not work that way. They can have a say in it, but at the end of the road Apple will get a license for it.
This is Samsung puffing their chest.
