[Fixed] What could be causing high ping/packet loss (1st hop)

Happens at peak hours (6pm-11pm) so I assumed it was b/c everyone was using the internet at the same time but when I talked the the WISP they said that wasn't the issue and ran a quick 5 min test (middle of the day when it doesn't happen) and couldn't find anything wrong.

I know it's not just me as someone I know (1200foot closer to WISP tower) has the same issue at the same time.

^*notice at 22:00-22:40 the huge jump in ping/packet loss

^*notice the large packet loss on the last hop (tower to me)
^*Most of the time it ranges from 0-2% packet loss but when its acting up the avg is 10-15%
