Troy, MI | SA Explorer 3200 box keeps turning off We've had this box since June and my husband has been complaining that it turns off by itself at random times. Just now I was trying to watch something, and each time it turned off a few minutes into the show. I'd like to exchange it later today for another box, but in searching for this problem I see it's a common problem with this box. Is there another brand/make box at the WOW office I could try? It's a SD box, no DVR. |

kudos:22 | The 4250 and 4652 models are out there, but I can't guarantee their availability where and when you try to exchange yours.
The issue you're having sounds like an internal hardware issue with the box itself, so I do recommend having it replaced. |
