[Cable] Kitchener - Major slowdown in evenings

Just posted to the Direct forum but thought I would post here to see if anyone else is experiencing the same. This isn't a one off either; happens every night around this time.

I have a Thomson 476 with 8 down/4 up bonding but just got a 8Mbps down speed test. Ouch!
