[Equipment] Caller ID Time

For some reason when I'm receiving a call, the time on the Caller ID is 7 hours ahead. I'm in Arizona so I'm not sure why that's happening. It was working fine before I changed my number which is in the same area code. I called Vonage but was told they could not fix it. Any help would be appreciated. I have the VDV23-VD.
