WOW Ultra TV...Way too many issues Hey guys,
We had ULTRA TV installed a couple weeks ago. It started giving us issues immediately (less than an hour after the techs left), primarily a "No signal detected" error when changing channels. We've had a tech come out a total of 3 times so far. He installed a new gateway and did something at the box behind our house. The errors still persist. Tried to start a VOD TV Show this morning and was stopped with a "We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact customer service if the issue persists" error. The tech also said his remote checks once showed our gateway was only "One-way operational" so he reset it which seemed to help for an hour or two. Any ideas guys? Please help! These issues are constant and incredibly frustrating. Thanks for the help!
