[HELP] Help with Cisco SPA series phones on PBX
Hello. I have a few Cisco SPA500 series IP phones setup on an installation of 3CX PBX. Everything works fine, but the only problem that I'm having is the inability to get the line status busy lamp field lights to work properly. When I'm on a call or have a call on hold for example, the phone I'm using reflects the current action that I'm taking, but the other phones don't display anything but a "available line" I think this is something that can be programmed in the phone's web interface but I haven't had much luck so far. I've tried the administrator guide instructions as well as other instructions all to no results.
