| [CA] Way to request a higher tier technician? So my house was built in the 70's and I had some bad modem siganls regarding the down and up streams. The Cox technician came and it was sorta fixed, but then our phone and tv (Cox) wouldn't work so then he fixed those, but now the signal is weird again and we can't get as many TV channels. He had allot of trouble, understandable since our cabling seemed like a mess
2 years ago we had a Cox guy come and he fixed some stuff, but he too seemed to have allot of trouble
is there like a Cox Special Forces super hero team or something for this or am I SOL? |
