Questions.... 1) How exactly were you not able to use it? At least for outbound calls if you could not get the specific inbound number that you wanted?
2) If you paid by credit card, how/why did you not file a dispute with your credit card company? Usually you have 60 days to do that.
3) If you paid by Debit card, that was not a good choice. Debit cards do not give you the same protections.
4) How did you end up paying $ 195? Was that for 5 years or such?
5) I don't know of anyone reputable who thinks that using a MagicJack to run a [Business] is a good idea. There is a reason why MJ is so poorly rated.
