Because we all know Karl's only interested in covering the leftist angle of a story - like he did here.
It was pretty much spot on reality on most things (except the AT&T- T-Mobile merger), in that it was like "the Democrats say the right things but suck. The GOP is just a bunch of total idiots in the first place".
