Issues in Louisville near Audubon Park area ANYONE ELSE? Ok, I am currently an Insight customer which was bought out by TWC. The Insight forums are dead. I have had issues with my internet since about February and they still exist. During PEAK TIMES I get awful latency in EVERYTHING and terrible download speed. I have had countless techs come out and do NOTHING but give me the run around. Now they told me back in March that it was an overloaded node and they would make the maintenance call which would take 3 or so weeks. Still, the issue exists. Not even sure if they did anything about it. The last tech that came out actually gave me hope by giving me his personal cell number and told me an area supervisor was going to contact me. If that damn U-Verse was an option at my address I would have switched months ago. I would just like to know if anyone else in my area is experiencing these problems.
