Cyberonic 3g EVDO

I have cyberonic service for many years. Recently signed up for Cyberonic EVDO 3g for redundancy to connect to my workplace. I have got a static IP address. I was wondering what would be the maximum Cyberonic evdo download speed. I am getting around 1.0 meg.
