Any trick I need to do?

Upgraded my package, between updates with these computers and Huluplus and Netflix + the occasional Linux ISO, I've been eating up my bandwidth damned fast, and was left with only 10GB with no reset until the 17th. Sooo, called them up, bumped my tier up from Express to Extreme (so 80GB to 120GB) Upload increased from 0.5Mb to 1Mb but download is around 16MB instead of the advertised 28MB? I am using speedtest.net. It's a DOCSIS 3 modem...in fact, speeds are no better than my DOCSIS 2 modem, other than the semi usable upload speed. (and they forced me to upgrade to the DOCSIS 3). Appreciate the speed boost and all, but why no 28MB speeds?

Any any suggestions.

Damnit John Farrow! You're taking our Morrow now? WHAT! Damn you.

Sorry, off topic...ignore that last outburst.

Try unplugging the modem. If that doesn't work, call support and ask them to re-provision your modem.
