Re: [Professions] high end weapon enchants said by mettachain:said by DarkLogix:And power Torrent also says "Permanently enchant melee weapon"
Give it a try it might work and be worth it. The exact verbage... Permanently enchant a weapon to sometimes increase Intellect by 500 for 12 sec when dealing damage or healing with spells. Requires a level 300 or higher. Well look at the enchants in the OP
quote: Enchant Weapon - Jade Spirit
Permanently enchants a melee weapon
quote: Enchant Weapon - Dancing Steel
Permanently enchants a melee weapon to sometimes increase your Strength or Agility by 1,650 when dealing melee damage. Your highest stat is always chosen. Requires a level 372 or higher item. 600 615 615 615
They might have scopes but it also might be worth testing. |

djlar join:2009-04-23 799228 | reply to cymraeg Yup there are scopes, and with similar procs..
The lower end scope gives about 850 crit, the high end scope gives 1650 Agility.
The 2 high end weapon enchant recipes on the list are only buyable at faction vendor and hitting exalted with them, those will be very expensive... |

| theres a reason for it cael, armour and hp are way up once you get to the land of the panderan, take you highest geared toon to highlands and kill something around the twilight fort, very easy right now, now plop that guy down in panderia and make sure you dont aggro more than 2 or you may end up dead, they hit harder and can take a hit as well. -- Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau! | not at all, after the first 6 quests, you should have your main pieces replaced i e chest legs weapon and then youll be better off, the horde quests are abit tougher than ally because you have more ground to cover on foot, remember no flying til 90, than the allies do. -- Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau! djlar join:2009-04-23 799228 | reply to DarkLogix I died questing many times on the beta, mobs hit hard, and there are swarms of enemies on most zones, some of them don't hit that hard but some hit like regular mobs, not even a good AoE'r gets alive... |

Sounds like fun. Questing is MUCH more interesting, when you might actually get beat up a bit. ... And, I understand the reason for the inflated stats, since everything else (HP, damage, heals) is going up as well, for both character toons and mobs. Just that I remember seeing some "ask the devs" type stuff from about a year ago, where they were saying that they were concerned about stat inflation, and that they were considering going through some kind of "statistical squashing" when the next expansion came out. Looks like they decided to leave well enough alone. |

They did add commas though, so you can easily tell 100,000 from 10,000! |

| You might get a real sense of accomplishment from completing quests instead of the usual:
Pick up a bunch > go to collect items/kill things > turn in > Auto choose highest vendor value item > get XP > yay....
Now it'll be:
Pick up a bunch > go to collect items/kill things (cautiously) > turn in > look at the gear that might give you a fighting chance the for the next quest you get > get XP > YAY!! Man I felt like Frodo Baggins encountering every fucking thing bigger than me and wanting to beat the shit out of me but I have no GD eagles to come save me!....feeling -- Good evening! |

| reply to Dissembled Diss, not at all it will be difficult in quest greens from TH but if you have some blues or even some 378 gear from HoT heroics it will easier but you can get your shit pounded even in that gear if you pull too many.
on the ally side you land on a beach and there are a couple go gather these and kill some monkey quests that will give you a few pieces of new gear that will greatly improve your survivability, for the horde side you end up next to an airship with a couple of go talk to this person and revive these gits that died and kill some monkeys, now the horde side is a bit harder because there are fucking monkeys every damn tree it seems running next to you and you think that you don't have aggro then it turns and attacks just be aware of your aggro. on either side solo you'll be fine 2 mobs you should be fine, 3 or more down them relatively fast. they hit hard focus one at a time and you'll be fine. -- Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau! bTU join:2009-04-22 Aurora, CO | Not sure how it will be on live but in beta the monkeys and tigers all around the alliance start area were respawning while you were killing one from the same point. Sucks for melee, I went in on my rogue and would shadowstep and open on a monkey and at about 20% left another monkey would spawn right on top of the one I was killing. Nice that I could get my 10 kills or whatever it was in the same spot, but I had to vanish and sprint to get out of combat once I was done. You may want to invest in health pots to level with, just in case. I already have flasks and food set aside for leveling on all my 85's, just to help make things a bit easier. -- He who controls the Spice, controls the universe. |

This is what I was thinking...For Cata I was fully ilvl264 geared with a handful of 277 pieces and I'm 99% positive that I didn't replace my last piece until I hit TH...With an avg ilvl of 400 on my Priest I don't expect to fully be in MoP quest rewards until ~87 or so. And I'll probably have my Heroic Insignia until 89 or 90...cause we all know how few and far between trinkets as quest rewards are. -- McBrain#1558 - DSLR resident face melter.

| Is the beta still open? Has anyone played as an enhancment shaman in beta?
I would like a possible comparison between Enh and Ele in MoP. Currently mine looks like this. Resto ilvl 404, Enh ilvl 401.
I was thinking about dropping Enh for Ele as I can AoE things down and not have to worry about insta-respawns or getting caught by something I didn't see behind me.
I could just use my resto set and reforge for Ele (still have my 5pc of resto T13 though). Thoughts? -- Good evening! |

djlar join:2009-04-23 799228 | reply to cymraeg The MoP bandages and food work well, Cata stuff is not gonna make it, you'll have 200K HP to heal in a short time, first order is to train and advance first aid, if an HP food drop keep it for later use.. |
