At approximately 3 p.m. today, a general contractor working on the road-widening project on Eraste Landry Road, cut one of our major fiber connections. Through our analysis, we have assessed that, approximately, more than 2,000 residential and 100 business customers, mostly in the Town of Scott, are without Cox services at this time. We have crews on the scene who are working diligently to restore the network as soon as possible. We will keep you posted as more information comes available. |
