garfield posted : Seems like everyone complains in here (me included), so I thought I'd switch it up with some kudos for the customer service rep who helped me out.

I've been with Knology off and on for close to 10 years--currently going on 3 years. Due to furlough days where I work I've had to cut back on expenses. Yup, I was cutting the cord (don't watch much anyway). Had to do something to drop my $95 bill down. Checked online and Charter is (was?) running a $29.99 monthly 1-year internet only special. I called and setup my install appointment. Next day I figured I would give Knology a chance to come close to that price.

Lo and behold the rep was nice, helpful and understanding (gave my sob story)--he met Charter's price for the 30/5 internet for one year which is faster than what I'd had at the time! :)

Thanks Knology!
