I just hit 90 on my resto/ele shaman even did a wing of LFR, but need gear to start normal raiding, I go OOM often on LFR with i460 gear like crazy, even on trash pulls, need those i463+ spirit trinkets badly, sadly they haven't drop yet

I'm a bit tired of that attitude, the preferential treatment is something I despise on any guild, all the raid time and loot for that guy that isn't even that good.
