Shaw community

So I've joined a few weeks ago.
Already received two requests for my username/password from Chinese scammers.

I wonder why they need my username/pass there...sheesh..

Shaw, block them silly China from access to your forums.

Also the forums/community is like Dell or HP - a.k.a solutions base, not a forum/community...

@spammer issue - being addressed

@solutions base vs. forum/community - Can you explain to me what you mean? layout wise yes, it's the same platform as Dell.

It not being a forum/community? I disagree - that's exactly what it is. What makes your head hurt?

»community.shaw.ca for those of you that want to check it out.

Cheers.

I mean to say that it's hard to wrap the head around what's what.
More of a solutions knowledge base layout, than a community per-SE.

Not complaining really... more of personal impressions.

And appreciated. I welcome everyone's feedback either here or on the Community. My job is to help improve the user experience so if the issue your having doesn't involve a major site change - it's something that can definitely be considered.

I've been administering vbulletin forums for over 10 years now, so I can definitely relate to where you're at with the layout. After about 1-2 weeks in, I was very comfortable with how things flowed.

Cheers.
