[Speed Problem] DSL has been extremely slow ever a since storm t

There was a thunderstorm two days ago that caused our power to go off-on, off-on. Afterwards, I checked to see if our internet speed was slow, which it was. I expect that during a storm, so it wasn't a big deal. Normally the speeds return to normal within a few hours, but they didn't.

Two days have past and I'm still getting unbearable speeds. Here's a speedtest.net result from a test I just ran. »www.speedtest.net/result ··· 7064.png

Here's some information.
Modem: Westell 6200
Router: Linksys WRT54G2
Connected via Ethernet
Dell Vostro 420 with Windows 7, though the speed is just as slow on wireless devices.
I kept both the modem and router unplugged completely for three hours, didn't resolve the issue.
Possibly unrelated, but we don't have a dial tone for our phones either, which service is also provided by AT&T.

I just want this fixed.

call ATT and spend an hour on hold to get it fixed
they may need to reset your modem

Call and report the Dial Tone problem.When they fix that,it probably will fix your other problem.
