2 edits | [Praise] PayPal CS I were not able to add my bank account info to my PayPal account so i have called PayPal, and the rep. has told me it is attached to my old limited PayPal account, and i were surprised when she has ask me " Would you like me to remove your old account?" It is sure was unaccepted that the rep. did it without asking for any kind of documentation to be fax or mailed over. I know 4 years a go PayPal were limiting user's accounts for no solid reason. When has it changed? |
