Droid4 ICS one-way audio

We have been experiencing occasional one-way audio phone calls on two different Droid 4 phones. This has been happening since the ICS upgrade at different locations in NJ.

Anyone else having this issue. When I google the problem I get a lot of nexus phones with ICS that have this issue... I was wondering if this is an ICS issue, an occasional Tower issue or a phone issue.
