If you want sevice, don't go with them...
For pricing, that's OK if you're getting everything working without any issue.

If you have an issue, the only person who can help it IS YOU.
Support is only available by email with Ticket that take AT LEAST 2 WORKING DAYS to get an answer that most of the time won't solve anything... In some Ticket, it took up to 15 days to get an answer...

You don't have internet access and want support? Too bad! Don't try to call, support only available by internet!
Go somewhere (friends, work) with internet or use your Mobile Phone like I had to do...

I had so many ticket with them during that past 3 years...

I still have 2 issues opened with them...
One for a 8 months credit (since march 28th) on VoIP not working and no other choice than changing my phone number.
The other for bad information gave by their staff (more than One!) that cost me more than 100$...
