Thinking of coming back to WoW after a long time (skipped Cata almost entirely). What do I need to provide in order to get a scroll from someone? Can it be done by character name / realm instead of an email address?

I previously accepted a scroll about one year ago. And I've been inactive for almost 10 months.
Am I eligible for a new scroll?
If so - how does it work, I heard something about a realm transfer or faction transfer or something...?

basically you give someone your email or character name / server and there is a place where you can send them. I did one so someone else can pick it up.

If you've used one, then you can't do it again.

I'm not too sure if I'm eligible, I checked my account and its been inactive since March this year, with last scroll being used in November of last year.

I think I read somewhere that with the new scroll, you can use it again... But not sure.
