Gemutlich posted : The 3510 does use Navigator. And it does contain an internal modem separate from the Roadrunner modem. In My Services, one MAC from the 3510 shows up in the Internet section alongside the cable internet modem.
anon posted : TW just installed a DCX 3510-M replacing a DCX3400. The 3400 was replaced because it did not display the caller id function. There is a problem with the 3510 which so far TW has been unable to solve. I have subscribed to the new Pac-12 Network channel on TW. I had no problem changing to or from the Pac-12 channel (418 in north SD) with the 3400. However, with the 3510 there is a 15 to 30 second delay changing to channel 418. I have not had any problem accessing or leaving any other channels. I would appreciate any info or insight you might have to offer. TW is stumped at this point.
