We're dealing with the back to school rush. We've brought on more staff to accommodate but we're still seeing a really high number of calls. We anticipate it will be back to normal in a couple weeks. Really sorry about that.

As for the network, we have plenty of capacity on our side, not sure what might be going on. One of the techs will have to look into it.
