Jack made understatement an art form, but Joe just sounds bored most of the time.

As bad as Joe is, he's nowhere as bad as Phil Simms. Mike Martz did the Panther-Bucs game this weekend. I found it interesting to hear him explaining what he saw. Seems like when they bring in a new guy he's always pretty good for a season or two before the producers ruin him and make him just another announcer.

Joe isn't anywhere near as bad as Mike Krukow for the Giants announcer. I can't watch a game without muting the TV.
