| [IA] Mediacom Internet dropping intermittently since... I installed a Motorola Modem and a Netgear Router. It will return on it's own without any manual resets. I can also usually get it back with a disconnect of the Modem via the cable for service. Is this a compatibility issue? |

| see if the issue continues without the router. if so then its more then likely the router, if things are the same with the router out of the equation then I'd PM MediacomChad here for help |

Chad, The problem seems to have stabilized for the time being. I suspect an inadvertent 'deep" connection for the modem on the RG cable connector. Seems when I tightened it more the problem has abated. I'll let you know if it returns. |
