The 3510 does use Navigator. And it does contain an internal modem separate from the Roadrunner modem. In My Services, one MAC from the 3510 shows up in the Internet section alongside the cable internet modem. The first time I saw it I thought, "Uh-oh, why do they have me down as having two internet modems", then I figured out it was from the 3510.
