Re: GFI outlet/refrigerator question I replaced it with a non-GFCI outlet....think I may try to replace it with a GFCI outlet and see if that is the issue.

You have zero doubt that the refrigerator is bad? I would at minimum get a repair man to look a the fridge and see if he can fix it.
I would highly doubt the GFCI would be the problem. |
