Re: Rogers Decreasing Bundle Discounts !

said by sdin:

Called Rogers and a rep told me bundle discounts will be changing Sept 24th

2 services from 5% to 4%
3 services from 10% to 8%
4 services from 15% to 12%

Did anyone see this on their bill yet? The rep said it should be noted on my bill for this month still haven't seen it.

I guess once all my contracts are done I'll have to cancel everything. That 15% discount adds up the the services it is applied to. (not everything because they are already discounting my cable by 70%)

I mean, I am at the point:

Go with Teksavvy, 300GB cap (if unlimited, if you so choose)
$50
VPN $8
Netflix $8
Huluplus $8
VoIP service $2.50

Total monthly cost $76.50 + tax on the $50 internet.

Or...Rogers:

Cable $70 + $20 for movie network
Internets: $99 (for comparable plan considering cap)
Phone $32

$201 + tax on entire thing.

Only bugger of a thing is you miss the sports channels. Though with VPN you could subscribe to things like MLB for $149/year or whatever it is....
