 | Acanac CHARGED DOUBLE, confirmed refund but failed 2 month MUST READ. We signed up for internet & paid by visa. We called for small change and Acanac lured us to set by a second account and paid again. They cancelled the first one in July and confirmed by e-mail to refund within 14 days. TWO MONTHS passed and NO REFUND. We filed complaint to Ontario Ministry of Consumer Services and e-mailed, called Acanac about this. Guess what, NO REPLY & NO REFUND Risk yourself if you really want to deal with them. You just don't know when they are going to charge you and what amount. |
