Acanac CHARGED DOUBLE, confirmed refund but failed 2 month
MUST READ. We signed up for internet & paid by visa. We called for small change and Acanac lured us to set by a second account and paid again. They cancelled the first one in July and confirmed by e-mail to refund within 14 days. TWO MONTHS passed and NO REFUND. We filed complaint to Ontario Ministry of Consumer Services and e-mailed, called Acanac about this. Guess what, NO REPLY & NO REFUND
Risk yourself if you really want to deal with them. You just don't know when they are going to charge you and what amount.

After two months and with the help of Fergless, the amount had successfully refunded! Sep 18, 2012
