Cambridge\Guelph\K-W (i think) r sharing 2 GB (i think) of link TSI has with Rogers for this area, i doubt it will be enough.

The KW-Cambridge POI is up to 4 x 1Gbps links now AFAIK. Guelph is on it's own POI. There was an upgrade in May 2012 to bring it to that level up from the 2 it previously had. So far congestion at the POI level has not been reported widely here, just some node level congestion.

Either way I'm glad to hear service was restored. I didn't stay awake long enough to see what happened.

I wasted like 180 bucks on Modem and the Setup fee (and few months of paying the internet, i was hardly able to use it after 3 pm)

Thanks for the update Gabe. I lost connection around 8:20PM and figured something was up after 3 modem resets and changing my DNS servers.

I guess my post doesn't make much sense with me mentioning that this post happened courtesy the neighbour with the unsecured wifi on their bone stock router lol...they're on Rogers btw

We have both Rogers and Teksavvy here loadbalanced. Had to remove Teksavvy from the pool to resume connectivity, so I would also agree it seems Roger's is unaffected.
