Cogeco residential told me that rules will only work as long as you're logged into Webmail. I found that to be rather odd so I called Commercial support...
... a helpful gentleman advised me that the rule should work and I discovered that the system was bugged and adding a 0 to the fowarding address regardless of what I entered. The next line did not do that so I went with line #2 .
Unfortunately, the forward still isn't working and the representative advised me the rules are automatically deleted after 1 month so that won't work.
He did state there may be upgrades coming up so hopefully that will add this function, which other providers all support.
