While PKP is right, he's also in his self interest, he's only interest in preserving his Quebec (semi) monopoly through TVA and Videotron.

Doesn't matter. The CRTC is only a stepping stone to Harper.

No matter which way the CRTC rules, someone is going to file with GiC

CRTC is pretty useless. Companies just bypass them when ruling don't suit them anyhow. This is just a show.
