Kudos on the transparency, it's appreciated. We all learn from these threads how to better handle the screw-ups. Knowing how to deal with these better makes more confident in my own service and helping others that I refer. Thanks!

For my first post:

Great job Marc/Teksavvy.

Keep up the good fight with UBB and the incumbents and know full well that regardless of some negative people most of us recognize what you're doing for us.

It's the sole reason I chose your ISP (only been with you for a month) over the incumbents.
