 | • Closing up on finalBy Tuesday, October 30, 2012 12:15:00 PMSince Opera's HQ is covered with snow it seemed about the right time to get rid of the black window bug DSK-375761. So now you can not only minimize Opera window, but also restore it back, yay! Also Ctrl+1 opens Speed Dial #1 instead of search panel, and Windows users can again type funny characters like ☺ just by holding alt and entering their number! As title says, we're getting close to final, so if you see some serious issue which must be fixed before that shout now or it won't be fixed until next release. The build will start rolling out through auto-update within a few hours. 1 edit | Almost RCBy Alexeyalex-shpak. Wednesday, October 31, 2012 1:39:12 PM quote: As usual, this build is a bit better then previous one: it fixes several regressions from previous snapshot (like "can't check email or updates") and introduces a proper fix to CORE-48780 NSL bug. We wanted to call it RC, but it still crashes when we try to type ^^ or similar...

Today is a sunny day here in Oslo, and this snapshot is as perfect as it can be. Most notably, it resolves "^^ crash", yay! ^_^.
Please, before commenting on this post, ensure that your bug is really a regression since 12.02.

My assigned event sounds are finally back (Page loads complete, navigational sounds, etc). Oh, and thanks for the thread, chazz. Been following it all along. FWIW, I don't mess around any more with early releases. Although, I once did. (I do still follow the progress of what's to come). I just wait for the final release and take it from there. No doubt, there will be many other "final releases" in the future....and I figure I can wait. (Depending of course, on what's to come). -- I had a life once.....now I have a Computer and a Modem. |
