kudos:1 | Re: [DSL] Speedtouch 516 - Random PPPoE disconnects. Modem works I experienced the exact same about a week ago, before it resolved itself. Only my disconnects were climbing up towards 1 every two minutes... Yet my line stats looked great!
I have another modem incoming to test with if this happens again. Might be something problematic at Bell's end. |

Radio frequency interference problem? Something only switched on in the evenings?
Is this a loss of sync or a pure PPPoE issue? 516 event logs might give some clues. |

I had a Speedtouch 516 back when I had Execulink and the same thing happened. Basically the modem has shat the bed. It's time for a new one. |
