#1 On your computer that is connected to the modem, check what the IP Address is and the MAC Address is.
As how to do this will depend on the OS and Version, so I will give to you an example of how to do it.
This example assumes that you are on Windows XP.
a) Go to Start -> Run
b) Type in
cmd and press enter.
c) In the new window, called the command prompt, type in
ipconfig /all and press enter.
d) Be sure to look at all of the output, one of the reasons is because your computer might have more than one NIC.

is the Public Non-Bogan IP Address that you appear to be coming from.
#4 On your computer: One of the IP Addresses should be the same IP Address that is displayed at that URL.
#5 If so, this is what you need to do in your router with that computer..
a) Go to
Setup -> MAC Address Cloneb) Click
Enable.
c) I believe you should be able to click where the button that says
Get Current PC MAC Address in the area where it says
Clone WAN MAC.
d) If you can't click that button, then you will need to type (or find another way to copy) the MAC Address of your computer into that space.
e) and then press
Apply Settings.
