Ridgewood, NY | set top box question My technology challenged wife upgraded our basic verizon phone/dsl service to a triple play fios bundle. According to her, she syas she upgraded to the fios prime hd basic bundle which is just the basic services for now.
I checked online, it says that SD set top box is included, but our bundle says HD. Does that mean that we should be getting HD set top boxes for the tvs, if not about how much do they cost? It will take a day or two before we get the order conf email |

Franklin Square, NY | The prices for the SD & HD are the same in NY anyway. They are trying to phase out the SD boxes and if you want to watch an HD channel, you need an HD box. |

my wife ordered 2 boxes, just wondering if they are SD or HD. I did a quick search and it seems that verizon is phrasing out sd boxes, Should i contact verizon and request 2 hd boxes or wait till the installer comes to see what they have? |
