Now I've run into a problem with the Playstation. I just got home only to find the Playstation shut off. This is the 2nd time I left and came back to find it shut off. I doubled checked the options and made sure the auto shut down option for Folding@home was disabled. Any ideas? |

" the Playstation shut off": I don't think that the folding app would shutdown the entire PS3. Perhaps some "system setting" or, as jaynick mentioned, overheating.. |

I think I found the problem with the Playstation. I found in system settings that it was set to turn off after 2 hours. I hope I can keep it running non stop now. Now back to getting the Macs going. |

If you still haven't gotten any work for your Mac, try rebooting your machine. It helps sometimes. You might want to try boinc and R@H if you are still having trouble with F@H. » Team Helix FAQ |

Yea!!!! Now just be sure if you're playing Halo 3, that your main character doesn't go fragging F@H WU's instead of the Bad Guys!  Hmmm.... sounds like a neat Video Game idea. I downloaded the BOINC client and got Rosetta going. The Mac version of Folding had me way too frustrated. The registration process was confusing. I had to register on the stats site and the project site. I think I joined the team. I'll show up as Black_Mage for Rosetta and Folding assuming I did it right. |

I run R@H for TH and WCG for TD on my iMac with no problem using the 6.10.58 version of Boinc.
I also run F@H on my old MBP with no problem either - other than the server there going down. |
