 | Please help with connection Several weeks after no connection despite paying for 12 months of service I'm told I need a dry loop. Another couple weeks after paying for 12 months of that I finally get a Bell technician out to my house who confirms the signal's as is my modem/router. Everything looks connected and working from the modem's configuration but I'm still not able to browse. The DSL light on my modem is solid, I'm successfully connected to my network and the acanac username/password has been accepted through the modem's pppoe setting but still nothing and acanac seems to have nonexistent phone service. Stranded at the library trying to bring some kind of clue home. |
